一套房翻新后赚100万 美国人就怎么做到的?

随着HGTV的一档名为“Flip or
Flop”电视节目的热播,“倒手”房屋在美国刮起了一股浪潮。这档节目主要是跟踪一对夫妇Tarek and Christina El
Moussa,播放他们购买旧房产,翻新后再售卖出去的过程。
在人们掏钱购置房产之前,如果了解美国哪些城市“倒手”房产或者说买房最多,想必对于他们规划自己的计划会非常有帮助。
Attom Data最新发布了一份数据,总结了2017年第二季度,美国20个城市地区的倒卖房屋数量以及平均盈利。
根据数据,凤凰城以2116套翻新房位居全美第一,每套房平均盈利54787美元,而洛杉矶和拉斯维加斯则分别以1404、1207套房位居第二、第三。就倒手利润而言,洛杉矶则以135000美元/套房的利润高举榜首。(KID)
